Virgin Islands, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public places including bars and restaurants. In Arizona, a statewide smoking ban is in effect until July 27th for Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Pinal and Yuma counties and until July 30th for Coconino County (areas below 4000 feet). This means that all of the cellar bars in Maricopa County do not allow smoking inside the bar area. Smoking is a personal choice but it is important to be aware of the laws in your area before lighting up.
